Install Apple’s TestFlight app, then use the “Get the iPhone beta” button on this page. Accept the DrillBrain invitation and tap Install. TestFlight will show the current device requirements and available builds.
Is there an Android version?
Android version coming soon. The Android app is being prepared for release. In the meantime, you can use DrillBrain in your browser. The iPhone beta is available through TestFlight.
Who is it built for?
Drillers, geotechnical engineers, environmental teams and other ground-investigation professionals. Use it for a first look at a site, practical field tools, logging observations and sharing authorised knowledge.
Are my bore logs automatically public?
New logs start with Public selected, so check the visibility setting before publishing. A Private option is available for confidential work. Existing private logs are not automatically made public. Only share records you have the right to publish.
Where does the site intelligence work?
The beta includes NSW-enhanced screening. Available geology, soils, environmental context and nearby bore records depend on the location and source coverage. Check the evidence and data provenance shown in the app; a missing result is not proof that a risk or feature is absent.
Does it replace BYDA, site checks or professional advice?
No. DrillBrain supports screening, planning and field recording. It does not certify a site or replace current utility plans, locating, site-specific investigations, approved work methods or professional judgement. AI-assisted logs and interpretations need review before use.
Can I send ideas and beta feedback?
Absolutely. Use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight, or email antony@geotrace.com.au. Include what you were doing, the device and app version, and a screenshot where useful. Leave confidential client information out of your feedback.
